REFRIGERATOR WARRANTY

Each World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. refrigerator is covered by our standard 2 year warranty on the cooling unit, and a 1 year warranty(+) on all other mechanical parts, including the gas valves, electronics (*), etc. This warranty does not cover any door bins, shelves, racks, plastic pieces, gaskets, etc. that may be damaged during the normal use of the refrigerator.

The defective part(s) will be replaced and shipped free of charge using standard ground delivery service after inspection of the defective part by World Class RV Refrigeration personnel. No expedited delivery service fees will be allowed.

There is no allowance for labor.

No freight allowances will be made for refrigerators returned after 60 days from the date of the original sale.

World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. is not responsible for damages due to accident, misuse, repairs made by unqualified personnel, or acts of God.

Examples of conditions not warranted include, but are not limited to, the following:

                            1) Improper Installation.

                            2) Improper Operation.

                                        a) Running the unit out of level.   

                                        b) Applying a heat source not within o.e.m. specifications.                    

World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. reserves the right to replace or refund, at our discretion, any refrigerator that is deemed defective (*) only after inspection of the defective unit. No refunds or replacements will be made until this inspection is completed by a WCRVR employee. Refrigerators that have failed due to improper installation and/or operation will be subject to a pro-rated repair or refund based on the amount of damage done to the refrigerator.

While each World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. cooling unit is covered under warranty, this warranty is null and void on any refrigerator that is shipped outside the continental United States. This includes units shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, any other United States properties not located within the continental 48 states, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, Japan, etc.

     The term "defective" applies to units that are reported to be nonfunctional. The inspection process can, but does not always, take up to 30 days to complete.

+  The 1 year warranty applies only to refrigerators shipped after 01-01-2006. Refrigerators shipped prior to that date were covered by a 90 day parts warranty.

*  When installed, Dinosaur Electronics control boards are covered by the factory's standard 3 year warranty. These are standard on a Tier 1 refrigerator.
