If you own a Dometic or Norcold brand rv refrigerator, you no doubt have heard of the recalls by both manufacturers dealing with the risk of fire due to catastrophic boiler failure...a crack that developes in the boiler assembly and vents hydrogen onto a heat source that can cause a fire.
Both manufacturers have different ideas as to what caused the cracks to develop. We have tested all the claims, and developed our own solution to the problem...thicker tubing.
World Class RV Refrigeration's Fail Safe boiler assemblies are manufactured with tubing that is 2 times thicker than o.e.m., thus eliminating this problem.
In addition, we use this same thicker tubing to produce our evaporator assemblies. This means extra resistance to rust from normal useage, even without our standard galvanized coating.
