ULTRA HIGH DENSITY FOAM PACK INSULATION UPGRADE

Standard foam blocks on all cooling units use 2 pound density polyurethane foam. Our new ultra high density foam is a 4 pound density polyurethane foam. This gives extra insulation where it is needed most...around the evaporator... and helps to isolate it from the heat generated by the refrigerator.

NORCOLD 1200'S REDESIGNED BOILER ASSEMBLY

World Class RV Refrigeration is proud to annouce our redesigned boiler assembly for the Norcold 1200 and 1210 series 4 door cooling units, the Fail Safe Boiler. This enhanced boiler design eliminates several design flaws caracteristic of factory units, and increases the cooling capacity of these units. This upgraded boiler will be standard equipment on all units manufactured after 11-04-2011, and will not add any cost to these units.

World Class RV Refrigeration introduces the new Safeguard Series cooling units. These units represent a complete re-design of the cooling formula and evaporator assembly to allow for replacement of the flammable gas that typical units are pressurized with a non-flammable inert gas.

RECONDITIONING PROGRAM

World Class RV Refrigeration announces a new program to recondition your existing refrigerator. Under this program, you will send in your refrigerator using shipping labels emailed to you. Once we receive it, your refrigerator will be disassembled, cleaned, repainted and reconditioned inside, have a new cooling unit installed, all the electronics and gas systems will be cleaned and tested for proper operation, reassembled, and tested on both electric and gas prior to being shipped back to you.

COOLING UNIT BODIES

Attention cooling unit rebuilders / manufacturers.....World Class RV Refrigeration has now aquired a sufficient cooling unit core supply to begin offering complete cooling unit bodies with a new boiler and evaporator assembly welded in place and pressure tested. These bodies will require you to flush, charge, paint, and foam.

Effective 02-23-2007, World Class RV Refrigeration is now a Dometic Factory Authorized Service Center for all lines of Dometic products, including refrigerators, awnings, furnaces, and air conditioners. We have invested the time and resources over these Winter months to send our personnel to Dometic's factory in Indiana for a complete training course with their products to include installation, troubleshooting, and service on their line of products.
