after a very exhaustive review of the several internet web-sites which
offer rv refrigeration service, I would like to say that your web-site
was the deciding factor for my decision to select World Class. I was
quite impressed with the very thorough coverage of the entire service
program and the excellent explanations of each phase of your service.
So, before I even receive my RM 2401 cooling unit, I wanted to let you
know that your web-site was the reason for my selection in selecting

Just wanted to let you guys know that your rebuilt cooling unit is performing like a champ. The freezer temp went down to -14 degrees and cokes were freezing in the fridge compartment before I turned down the thermostat. In regard to your statement about; "Anyone that changes his own oil can change out one of these units" I offer the following provision...if he is driving the space shuttle? No, it went okay with the install, but handling the unit alone was not easy and I took my time to insure that I followed each step in your instructions. The instructions were very complete and written in language that was easy to comprehend. I will give your firm recommendations at every opportunity. Thanks again for a good job. My Dometic NDR1062 refrigerator, like so many others as I have discovered, quit working. After calling World Class and speaking to a technician, I ordered a cooling unit and heating element and did the installation myself. Now, my refrigerator is back up and running great at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Do yourself a favor and contact these guys...they know rv refrigerators. Jerry Mitchell

Ordered a replacement cooling unit for my Norcold 1200LRIM refrigerator from World Class RV Refrigeration after much frustration with other companys. Not only did the unit perform exceptionally, but the level of technical assistance and knowledge with my Norcold refrigerator was fantastic. One call and they walked my through installation and helped with control board and electronic issues as well. These guys know their stuff. I highly recommend them. William Schnelling
